You have only two weeks after the semester begins to change your course of enrollment if you want to shift your original enrollment. You must request permission to change your course in writing from the Head of Administration or the Program Leader, along with a justification for your change. You may only change your course once such permission has been granted.
Your admission may be automatically shifted to the next semester if you do not enroll within two weeks of the commencement of your course, and you may be assessed a £100 late enrollment fee. The college might, however, decline to move you to the following semester.
-Until the College’s conditions for fee payment are fulfilled, a student is not considered enrolled.
-Acceptance of the College’s terms and conditions for fee payment is indicated by enrollment. Please be aware, too, that additional fees for registration and examination may need to be paid to your awarding bodies (if applicable).
We anticipate that you will pay your entire annual tuition (if applicable). You must fill out the fee statement, though, if you choose to pay in installments. The IAG officer or your course adviser will assist you in filling out the fee statement. Please be aware that the College might not give you a reminder, therefore you must make sure you pay the unpaid fees on time. The College retains the right to discontinue offering you all academic and administrative resources and services if you fail to pay your unpaid fees.
We provide students a wide range of support services. Our IAG officer and advisors will make the following arrangements upon initial registration at our college:
List of Our Services:
On the day of registration and induction, learner identity cards are given out.
English Study Support: We help students acquire the language skills necessary to be successful in their programs by offering them a combination of academic and English language support.
Personal Tutor: At the start of the program (within three weeks), each student will be assigned a personal tutor. You can contact your personal tutor, a member of our college’s academic staff or assessor, with any questions you may have about the program’s academic component. The Personal Tutor/assessor will also act as a professional mentor to guide, help and support you.
Library Facilities: Each module’s required and suggested books, as well as pertinent papers, journals, and magazines, will be available in our library. For a maximum of two weeks, students are permitted to check out two books. We also assist students in joining additional top-notch London libraries.
Every borough in London has a public lending library, and upon request, you will receive the cover letter required to join.
There are many specialized libraries in the City of London, and you can register for the British Library, which is situated in London (Kings Cross).
Learner Welfare and Support: Our IAG/Learner Welfare Officer provides a variety of services, assistance, and guidance in important areas, such as opening a bank account, counseling, obtaining employment reference letters, and answering general assessment questions. Do not be afraid to contact the Administration team; they will do everything in their power to meet your needs.
Computer and Information Technology: The students use a sufficient number of our top-of-the-line multimedia personal computers for instruction and learning. Both of the College’s academic buildings provide computer labs that students can use to help with assignments and dissertations, provided they are available and meet the necessary safety and health regulations. For more information, please contact the college office.
